How & when will I receive my rewards?

If you enrolled an existing thermostat, your $50 Virtual Prepaid Mastercard will be sent to you 3-4 weeks after you receive your welcome email. 

If you purchased a thermostat from the Smart Peak Hub, you will receive $50 off your thermostat at the point of purchase.

At the end of each season that you participate in Smart Peak Rewards, you will receive a $25 Virtual Prepaid Mastercard 3-4 weeks after the season ends. 

If you have a Sensi thermostat, your Virtual Prepaid Mastercard will be sent to the email address you provided in your enrollment application. If you have a Nest thermostat or ecobee thermostat, your Virtual Prepaid Mastercard will be sent to the email address associated with your thermostat app account.
