How do I know when Smart Peak Events are happening?

We will notify you before Smart Peak Events start to let you know they’ve been scheduled and when they’ll take place. During Smart Peak Events, your thermostat and mobile app will display a notification letting you know that Smart Peak Events are taking place (the notification may vary depending on your thermostat brand). You’ll also receive an email following the event letting you know the impact that your community made by participating. This email will also offer you the chance to provide feedback on how Smart Peak Events went for you.
